Questions are a good place to start.
If you are thinking about reaching out but still have a few things you want to understand first, you are in the right place. Here are some of the things women often wonder before they get in touch.
About Getting Started
-
It is a no-pressure conversation, usually about 15-20 minutes, where you can share a little about what you are going through and ask anything you want to know about working together. It is a chance to get a sense of each other and see if it feels like a good fit.
-
Most people don’t feel 100% ready when they start. So if you feel that way, know that’s completely normal. Many women come to their first session uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they even want to say, and that is OK with me. All you need is a sense that something needs to change and a willingness to show up. We can build from there.
-
Early sessions are about getting to know each other and getting a feel for what you are carrying. We take our time. There is no agenda you need to arrive with and no particular way you need to show up. The work unfolds at your pace.

-
Yes. Virtual sessions are available for Arizona residents and work well for women who prefer the flexibility of meeting from home or whose schedule makes in-person sessions difficult.
About My Approach
-
My work is depth-based, person-centered, and shaped by what you bring into the room each week. I blend reflective conversation with body-based and experiential approaches, always following your lead and your readiness. Nothing is required and everything is tailored to you.
-
No. Every approach I use is offered as an invitation. If something doesn't feel right, we don't do it. You are always in the lead when it comes to what we explore together.
-
It can be, if that is meaningful to you. For some women, faith or a sense of connection to something larger is an important part of how they make meaning, especially in grief. There is room for that here. I follow your lead entirely, and it is never assumed or required.
-
Yes. My practice is dedicated to women 18 and up.
